After collaborations in order to establish partnerships with larger businesses we soon learned that they do not provide the type of services that we were requesting for. That’s when we decided to create this new service that doesn’t exist in any market which led to the creation of VENUE DASH INC. This new service will provide the economy with thousands of jobs boosting our economy.

Melvin C. Harris Jr., a seasoned professional with an impressive academic foundation and an extensive management background. With associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees under his belt, Melvin embodies lifelong learning and continuous professional development.
He brings a remarkable 15 years of experience in administrative and management roles, honing his skills in multitasking, effective communication, and implementing new technologies and methods. Melvin is proficient in a wide array of software programs, from Microsoft Office Suite to specialized management software such as M2, O2, Oracle, Fast-Track, Auto-Cad, 3ds Max, Adobe programs, Corel, Kronos, Blue Yonder, Gemini, CASY, and Amazon system and programs. His ability to adapt to new technology showcases his agility and commitment to staying at the forefront of the digital transformation.
Melvin's dedication is not just limited to his own career development; he is deeply passionate about helping others grow professionally, offering his insights and expertise to support the development of individuals and their businesses.
His impressive career path includes a three-year tenure as Operations Manager for Kern County, and another three years as an Area Manager for Amazon. During his time at Amazon, Melvin successfully launched two sites and provided support for two additional sites in California. These experiences have honed his leadership skills and strategic thinking, and testify to his ability to manage large-scale operations efficiently.
